Progreso Latino Staff Family Day.... A great success!!!

The staff at Progreso Latino decided to have their first annual Staff Family Day in a very long time.

The results? A great success!!!

After months of planning the perfect Family Day, Progreso Latino was able to pull off a well attended event at Colt State Park on Saturday, June 6, 2009. A few staff members were unable to attend because of prior engagements or vacations, but those who participated did so in full effect.

Everyone contributed by bringing food, grills and most importantly, their families. It was great to be able to meet the people the staff members go to every night after a long day at work. The families were very helpful in preparing and serving food and taking part in games. Everyone got along perfectly well.

Games such as volleyball, Bocce, baseball, catch and soccer were played to boost coordination and teamwork.

This event will be held annually for all staff members of Progreso Latino and their families. This is the beginning to building a great relationship between the staff and family members.
