       Progreso Latino’s Financial Progress Center is here to help individuals achieve their financial goals. As a financial advisor, William Cruz helps individuals organize their personal or business finances. In addition, he offers guidance on the steps needed to buy a house or open a business. Progreso Latino is committed to serving all community members, including our undocumented community.  Mr. Cruz supports community members with an ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number) and informs them on what they can do with that number. He also connects them to our VITA Income Tax Program.
