Youth Programs
TOPS (Teen Outreach Program)
The Teen Outreach Program (TOPs) is a program that serves youth ages 12-18. This program was created to promote positive development in adolescents by guiding them to:
Build a foundation of healthy behaviors, sense of purpose
Avoid risky behaviors
Improve ability to manage emotions, and increase empathy
Work as a team and take responsibility

Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program was created in partnership with MentorRI aims to serve students in 7-12th grade. The program is designed to connect dedicated mentors with young people seeking guidance and support in their endeavors. Students will participate in engaging activities and projects to aid in their personal development. Through meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, youth will be empowered to develop essential skills, navigate life's challenges, succeed academically and pursue long-term goals.

STEM Program (Before and After School)
Progreso Latino’s Excellence Academy offers dynamic and engaging STEM instruction through the Before and Afterschool program. This educational initiative is designed to foster a passion for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) amongst children K-6 grade through hands-on activities and interactive projects.

Art and Social Justice Afterschool Program (Calcutt Middle School)
The Art and Social Justice Afterschool Program is a creative initiative that utilizes the power of art to engage students in meaningful conversations about social issues, equity and activism. This program is led by local professional artist- Agonza- who guides students to inspire change and promote social justice values through artistic exploration and expression. This program is where creativity and compassion come together to make a difference in the community and the world.
